This Wednesday at 3pm in Decker Lounge we will be having our first general body meeting of the semester!!! We will be playing Cross the Line and “Speed Meeting” to catch up with old friends and get to know our new members! This Wednesday from 12-3pm we will also be tabling outside of the Student Center as part of the Student Organizations Fair. Feel free to stop by, say hi, and of course bring friends!

HIV/AIDS Through Film
Megan will be running a film-based meeting on HIV/AIDS in the United States. We will be viewing clips from How to Survive a Plague, We Were Here, RENT, and Dallas Buyers Club!
Come out to the Stud and join PRISM for our annual Charity Drag Show, hosted by the lovely Ms. Rosetta Stone! An unforgettable event featuring performances by TCNJ’s own drag kings, queens and in-betweens, the show will take place in the Brower Student Center Atrium at 8:30pm on Thursday, April 17th. Bring cash and coins to vote for your favorite act! All proceeds benefit New Alternatives for LGBT Homeless Youth, and attendees are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Keep Calm and Drag On!
General Meeting: Fun and Games
This week’s meeting will feature a variety of activities including theater games, crafting, trivia, and more! While we’re having fun, we’ll be learning about ways queer individuals can be better allies, and discussing what we would like to see from allies to the queer community. This meeting will be run by Disha, with a little help from her fellow board members!
T-Shirts: We will be selling official PRISM t-shirts for $10 at this week’s meeting! They’re selling out fast, so get them while you can!!!

RECEPTION at 8 pm in BSC 202!
Join PRISM, in celebration of New Jersey marriage equality, at the eleventh annual Queer Wedding! The ceremony, featuring several couples and the lovely Ms. Rosetta Stone, will take place at 7 pm in the Allen Hall Drawing Room. The reception, complete with wedding cake and WTSR, will be held in BSC 202 and begins at 8 pm. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, be sure to come to the dance! The theme for the night is “A Celestial Celebration,” and the color scheme is blue, black, gold, and silver. Dress to impress!!
The event is FREE/SAF Funded.

Ryan Cassata is an American musician, public speaker, queer rights advocate, Harvey Milk Memorial Award winner (2011), and transgender-transsexual man. He will be speaking at TCNJ on the subject of Gender Identity Disorder, Transsexualism and his personal transition from female to male (including a successful double mastectomy surgery in January 2012). He has made appearances on the Larry King Live Show & The Tyra Banks Show for his gender difference as well as his advocacy.
